Required Green Dragon Shaman 2
Range Sight, Rank x 5 yards
Area 1 target
Duration Instant
Casting Verbal, Somatic
Cast Action Full Round Action
Mana Cost 1 Mana
Effect As a full-round action, the caster unleashes a blast of shamanic energy in an attempt to sever any ties that a spirit or undead might have to the physical realm.

For wild (unbound) spirits and undead, a successful opposed Casting Roll vs. the target's Physical Magic Resistance forces the creature to de-manifest and also prevents it from manifesting again for Rank days. If the wild spirit or undead's Resistance roll has been overcome by 5 or more successes, the target is destroyed.

When attempting to exorcise another shaman's manifested spirit, the Casting Roll is instead opposed by the enemy shaman's Casting Roll. If successful, the spirit's tether to its shaman is disrupted and the bound spirit may not be manifested again for 1 hour.

If the spell fails, lethal damage equal to the number of successes rolled is dealt to the target instead. This damage ignores Magical Defense.
