Effect The caster summons a swirling vortex of fire in the targeted area which limits normal visibility to 2 yards and deals fire damage every round to everything in the area. The winds are gale force winds, laced with significant raw fire. Natural cloths and papers are incinerated, wood bursts into flame, unprotected stone and metal begin to slag, and water begins to boil rapidly. Any flying creatures are affected as if by any other storm, and physical projectile attacks lose an additional attack die for every 2 yards of travel through the storm, in addition to any sight based penalties. Breathing becomes difficult as air is consumed by the fire, and creatures which require air to breathe that are within the storm take an additional 1 non-lethal from the suffocation in the 2nd and subsequent rounds.
