| Effect | The channeler empowers their light spells or domain power with brilliant energy causing targets affected to roll a Magic Resist or suffer a -2 penalty to skill checks requiring vision for 10 minutes. This effect stacks with the penalties granted by 3 stacks of Radiance for a total of -4 penalty. A maximum of Rank spells per encounter may be empowered in this manner. |
