Effect	Once per Encounter, the channeler may designate a single target as her Chosen Foe as a Free Action. All attacks against the Chosen Foe gain a +2 Divine bonus. This may be done twice per Encounter at Rank 3, or three times per Encounter at Rank 5. Additionally, some Wrath abilities may require the target to be declared as the Chosen Foe.
