   | Effect ||  Casting this spell conjures a mundane weapon formed of frozen water drawn from existing water or humidity around the caster. The weapon gains a +1 Enhancement bonus and the Ice descriptor; damage dealt by the weapon applies [[Frost]]. The Enhancement bonus increases to +2 at rank 3, and +3 at rank 5. In every other way, the weapon is identical to the normal mundane weapon of the same type and uses the same skills, damage dice, special attributes, and weapon styles. The weapon persists for the duration of the spell before melting away into nothing in an instant as the magic holding it together falls apart.

The caster may shape the ice into the form of any standard weapon that they have previously wielded including ranged weaponry such as throwing knives, bows, and crossbows. Bows and crossbows have the same reloading time as the mundane equivalents, however, the caster may freely summon an arrow or crossbow bolt of ice as a part of the reloading action. Magitech weapons or other weapons requiring special materials (e.g. quicksilver, adamantine, etc.) as part of their construction may not be conjured with this spell.
