Requirements

Effects
Add an additional Source to the Favored Source list for a character's Race, enabling the character to begin play with a nonstandard Source for their race.
Example:
As a race, High Elves' Favored Sources are Magecraft and Channeling. During Character Creation, a player decides to spend their CC points to purchase an additional Favored Source of their choice, and is then able to create a High Elf who draws their power from the Shamanism instead.
