   | Effect || The caster or manifested spirit issues forth a devastating breath weapon in a cone in front of them. The energy the breath weapon uses is determined by the Dragon Spirit. In addition to the mana cost, Dragons Breath may not be recast for 3 rounds after being used. This cooldown period is reduced by 1 round at Rank 4, and again at Rank 5. E.g. At Rank 5 the caster may use Dragons Breath, wait one round, and use Dragons Breath again.
