Effect	The caster attempts to drain Mana from the target, replenishing their own with an opposed Casting roll vs. the target's Physical Magic Resistance. If the target fails to resist, they lose Rank x 2 Mana and the caster gains Rank x 2 Mana. This is capped by the amount of mana actually available to the target. This spell may be targeted on mana storage devices, subject to Storyteller discretion, and would be opposed by the resist of the original creator's resist in that case.
