Effect	Call down a bolt of lightning (warm weather) or a flurry of deadly hailstones (cold weather) from an overhead storm to any point within 100 yards, immediately dealing (Casting Skill + Casting Stat + Source Rank) Lightning or Ice damage to targets within Rank Yards radius from the point of impact and applying the appropriate elemental effect. Each round spent in concentration, the caster may call down a bolt of lightning or additional hailstones from the sky at a chosen location without spending additional mana. If concentration is broken, the spell must be recast.
