Effect	The channeler calls down a lightning bolt from the sky above to strike her directly. Additionally, the channeler is supercharged by the bolt and gains the benefit of Elemental Body: Lightning (Warm/Hot Weather) or Ice (Cold/Freezing Weather) for Rank rounds.
