Effect	The shaman opens her mouth, unleashing a torrent of elemental power in a powerful blast. Red & Black Dragon Spirits deal fire damage - Applies Burning to targets. Green Dragon Spirits deal lightning damage - Applies Shock to targets. White Dragon Spirits deal frost damage - Applies Frost to targets. Blue Dragon Spirits may deal either lightning OR frost damage, decided upon receipt of the spell, and apply either Shock or Frost as appropriate.
