   | Effect || The channeler gathers volatile wrath magic that will be unleashed upon sustaining damage. Once per encounter, when an incoming physical attack is announced (and before damage is rolled), the channeler may activate this power to roll dice equal to her attacker’s unmodified attack roll. The channeler may add the divine bonus from [[Vendetta]] to this roll. If the incoming attack lands, a powerful burst of wrath magic deals any of the channeler’s successes back to the attacker as lethal damage, even if the incoming attack will kill the channeler.

If the incoming attack misses, then no damage is dealt in return. The caster still pays the mana but may attempt to use this ability up to Rank times per encounter or until successful.
