* Summer Chargers are strong enough to carry a Medium sized or smaller rider in flight, and intelligent enough to communicate with them, following verbal commands and nonverbal cues. As such, their rider is treated as though they have the Mounted Combat benefit (2 ranks). They may not act independently when ridden, but a rider may utilize their mount’s power in place of taking a Standard Action on their turn. ** Passive Enthralling Presence while singing. Perform: Sing (13d10) vs Resistance. *** Touch Heal, Instant 16d10. |
