Magically-enhanced vocal muscles allow these beings a wide vocal range and oddly musical tones, and amplify their voices so that under optimal conditions the sound might carry for miles. Whole choirs of Cawlers have been known to congregate to celebrate events such as the annual Solstices with musical performances. Unfortunately, few races can withstand the sheer force of sound emitted by a Cawler. Should you wish to hear them sing it is best done from a distance, lest you lose the ability to hear anything else afterward. | ||
