   | Effect || The channeler unleashes their innate elemental affinity to empower a weapon or unarmed strike with [[Conditions#Shock|Shock]] (Khitar) or [[Conditions#Frost|Frost]] (Nimway) once per round. If damage is dealt, even if that damage is negated by Ward, contact applies the appropriate elemental damage to the targeted enemy.
Passively drawing on the power of regional weather conditions, the channeler gains a +1 (mild weather), +2 (moderate weather), +3 (severe weather) divine bonus to all skill checks (including spells and weapon skills).

Additionally, the channeler passively gains +1 elemental resistance depending on the temperature of the weather. At Rank 3, this increases to +2. Warm or hot weather provides resistance to Shock, and cold or freezing weather provides resistance to Frost. When current weather effects produce precipitation, the channeler gains Rank resistance to Burning.
