Effect	The channeler creates a magical bond between himself and one ally, taking up to Rank damage that would be dealt to the ally instead. The attack is rolled against the original target’s defense, but the channeler may apply his own Damage Reduction to the transferred damage. If either the channeler or the target move beyond the range of the spell, the bond is broken. Only one bond may be maintained at a time.
