Effect	The caster consumes 3 stacks of Radiance to send a blinding burst of golden light in all directions. This burst of light has several effects: With a successful opposed roll the burst dispels enemy magical concealment, and illusion spells in the area, leaving a lingering glow on affected targets preventing them from entering stealth. Deals Intelligence + Channeling Skill + Light Domain as lethal magical damage to shadows and shadow constructs. Enemy targets must succeed on a Magic Resistance roll or suffer a -2 Penalty to skill checks requiring vision for 10 minutes.
