   | Effect || With Mythic Creation the caster may Create one item (e.g. weapon or suit of armor) into a permanent magical item for free. The [[Craft Item]] benefit is not required if only enhancement bonuses will be added to the item. When creating the item with the Craft Item benefit to add additional effects, the enhancement bonuses provided by Seed: Create may be made permanent for free instead of the normal 2 Maximum Mana cost. Any enhancement bonuses imbued in this item for free (unless it is destroyed) count against the maximum the caster can create through [[Magical Creation]].
   | Effect || With Mythic Creation the caster may make a [[Magical Creation]] (e.g. weapon or suit of armor) with Permanent duration. The enhancement bonuses imbued in these items still count against the maximum the caster can create. Additionally, when creating an item with the Craft Item benefit to add additional effects, the enhancement bonuses provided by Seed: Create may be made permanent for 1 mana instead of the normal 2 Maximum Mana cost.

Example: Malatar is able to Create a +3 adamantine greatsword and a +3 suit of full platemail armor using [[Magical Creation]]. Using Mythic Creation he chooses to make the greatsword a permanent magical item. Because he does not have the [[Craft Item]] benefit, he is able to make the item a +3 adamantine greatsword, but not add additional powers to the weapon. Having created the weapon, his total pool of bonuses he can distribute to other items is still +3.
