One of the common, and feared powers of sorcery is the infusion of planar energies into the caster's own body. This results in rapid transformations that become increasingly obvious while active, and over long periods of time may (with the Storyteller's approval) begin to cause permanent visible elements of the transformation. E.g. horns or strangely colored eyes. Upon Transformation the caster gains the chosen benefits for the rank cast and any lower ranks. Some ranks have multiple options (indicated with bullets). Upon taken these ranks, the caster must choose which option to select. This choice may not be changed later.

- Natural Weapons - While transformed you gain natural weapons dealing 2 lethal, +1 AP. Allow the use of Fighting Style: Natural Weapons.
- Alter Form - While transformed your figure alters allowing you to look different, altering your body type, or changing gender. Deception rolls to avoid being recognized are considered critical successes. You may attempt to take the form of a specific humanoid within the same size category of your normal size however this requires an opposed roll vs. the Perception of anybody who actually knows the form you are attempting to duplicate. Even if you successfully disguise yourself, you will still need to make a Deception roll if you are required to interact with the target, however you gain a +Rank bonus to that roll.
- Darkvision - While transformed, you can see in pitch black as if it were well lit.

Rank 2 - Improved Transformation

- Might Boost - While transformed gain Rank charges which may be spent in the following ways:
- Ignore 1 point of non-lethal damage
- Stay conscious for 1 round for an additional -1 Health, this improves to -2 at Rank 3, and -3 at Rank 5.
- Agility Boost - While transformed gain Rank charges which may be spent the following ways:
- Jump double distance for one round
- Ignore falling damage for one round as per Adept Safe Fall
- Ignore movement penalties through threatened squares for 1 round
- Apply a +Rank bonus towards a non-weapon Dexterity-based skill check
- Fearful Aura - While transformed character has a 5 yard +Rank radius aura of fear. Targets in the aura who fail to resist are Shaken. If the affected target is already under the influence of a Fear effect it increases by 1 level. (Shaken to Frightened, Frightened to Panicked) Targets who successfully resist are immune to this effect for 1 Hour.

Improved Statistics - While transformed caster gains a pool of Rank x 2 points to spend on Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, or Charisma as enhancement bonuses. No individual statistic may be raised beyond Rank.

Rank 4 - Superior Transformation

- Titanic Growth - While transformed, caster gains +2 Size (+2 Health, +2 Speed, -2 Dodge), +2 Natural Armor, +1 Damage Reduction
- Elemental Body - While transformed caster gains Resistance equal to Rank to a chosen energy from their plane. Additionally the caster when struck or when making an unarmed melee attack deal Rank x 2 damage of the chosen type. This effect is reduced by Magic Armor however it may not be reduced below 1 dice.
- Quickling Speed - While transformed caster gains +Rank speed, and Lightning Reflexes: React to an incoming attack reflexively and add +Rank bonus to dodge and move Rank yards. 3 Mana
