The shaman conducts a 10 minute ritual binding themselves and their Earth spirit to the region. The spirit and the shaman agree to extend their protection to the region by performing a ritual of blessing. They are saying they will protect the area and those who reside there because they are worthy. Within this region the spirit gains the Improved Variant stats when Manifested. The shaman may only be Attuned to one location at a time.
