| Effect | The channeler calls up a swirling wave of precipitation and lightning. While active, the caster gains a Flight speed equal to their movement, and each Move action carries the channeler their maximum movement in any direction with a rush of the swirling storm.
Targets within melee range that the channeler passes by while moving take 10d10 elemental damage vs Magical Defense depending on the current temperature. Warm or hot weather results in Lightning damage and applies Shock, whereas cold or freezing causes Ice damage and applies Frost. If the current temperature is neither warm nor cold, then the damage is dealt as nonlethal damage. The effect lasts for Rank x 2 rounds. |
