As a Standard Action, the channeler creates a glowing field of light that slows enemy targets, giving a -6 Speed penalty while inside the field. As a Fast Action the channeler may consume the field in a powerful blast dealing Intelligence + Channeling + Light lethal magical damage to all enemy targets within the field. If the field is not consumed, it will last for Rank rounds before detonating automatically.
