| Effect | The caster attempts to drain Mana from the target, replenishing their own. If the target fails a magic resist, they lose Rank x2 mana and the caster gains Rank x2 mana. This is capped by the amount of mana actually available to the target. This spell may be targeted on mana storage devices, subject to Storyteller discretion, and may be opposed by the resist of the original creator's resist. |
