Effect	The channeler concentrates, calling down a lightning bolt from an overhead storm to strike them directly. This bolt does not require an active storm, and causes lethal damage (caster roll) to all targets in a 2 yard radius. Additionally, the channeler is supercharged by the bolt and gains the benefit of Elemental Body: Shock (Warm/Hot Weather) or Elemental Body: Frost (Cold/Freezing Weather) for Rank rounds, gaining appropriate elemental Resistance equal to Rank. When struck or when making an unarmed melee attack, Elemental Body deals Rank x 2 elemental damage. This effect is reduced by Magic Armor, however, it may not be reduced below 1 dice.
