Effect	The caster or manifested spirit issues forth a devastating breath weapon in a cone in front of them. The energy the breath weapon uses is determined by the Dragon Spirit. In addition to the mana cost, Dragons Breath may not be recast for 3 rounds after being used. This cooldown period is reduced by 1 round at Rank 4, and again at Rank 5. E.g. At Rank 5 the caster may use Dragons Breath, wait one round, and use Dragons Breath again. Red & Black Dragon Spirits deal fire damage - Applies Burning to targets. Green Dragon Spirits deal lightning damage - Applies Shock to targets. White Dragon Spirits deal frost damage - Applies Frost to targets. Blue Dragon Spirits may deal either lightning OR frost damage - Applies either Shock or Frost to targets.
