The caster can increase or decrease the speed of existing wind currents within the target area by 5 mph x Rank per cast, up to a maximum of 40mph. Wind currents moving faster than 40mph may not be affected by this spell. The caster must have an existing breeze/wind to work with: this spell has no effect if there is no wind at all, and the caster cannot use Affect Breeze to stop an existing wind completely. The caster can only affect the wind within her line of sight.
