Effect	You bind the fearless in divine chains woven from your Patron’s will, forcing them to suffer until they learn submission to fear itself. Choose up to Rank targets within range who have successfully resisted your Dread Presence or any Fear effect this encounter. Each target must make a Physical Resistance roll opposed by your Intelligence + Channeling Skill + Domain Rank. On Failure, the target is restrained by spectral chains of divine energy for 5 rounds: At the start of each of their turns, the chains sear their soul, dealing 1 Divine Damage that ignores Damage Reduction and Wards. Each round they remain bound; their Mental Resistance decreases by 1 (to a maximum of –3). The Choice of Surrender At the start of their turn, a bound creature may choose to repent, voluntarily failing a Fear Resistance roll as an act of submission. If they do, the chains vanish immediately, and they are freed from the damage and Mental Resistance penalties. This voluntary surrender immediately raises the target Fear level by 1 for 10 Minutes.
