Effect	“What did they look like?” “I… don’t remember. They were just… there. Then gone.” You briefly cloud the mind of your target, causing them to forget or overlook your presence. Roll Deception + Spider Discipline vs. the target’s Sense Motive or Perception (whichever is higher). On success, the target cannot recall your presence clearly, your voice, appearance, or location blur in their mind. This affects recent memory only (the last few minutes). They may recall the event, but not you as a participant. While affected, they suffer –2 to Perception and Search rolls to detect or track you specifically. If you use Fade to Black during this duration, the Stealth roll gains a +2 bonus against this target. The target is not magically stunned or confused; they will simply struggle to describe or fixate on you unless you attack or draw undue attention.
