Effect You may inject chaotic magic into an existing enchantment disrupting it as per Dispel Magic. If you ready an action, you can cancel out spells as they are being cast as per Counterspell. If you spend a use of Chaotic Chance you can instead alter the enchantment or spell rather than cancelling it entirely. The mana cost remains the same, but you may alter the spell by any variable it could be cast with, such as changing the target to a new valid target. If the change you attempt is impossible (such as trying to target an invalid target) the spell or enchantment is dispelled or countered instead.
