This Seed draws disembodied planar spirits into the corpses of the dead, re-animating them completely under the control of the caster.

  • The combined ranks of all undead under a caster's control may not exceed the caster's Seed: Animate Rank x 5.
  • Once an undead reaches 0 HP it is destroyed, and cannot be reanimated.

Favored Seed: Sorcerers with a Chosen Plane of Stygia do not risk Backlash for the first push.

Rank Name Description
1 Animate Dead Use a short ritual to animate a nearby corpse.
2 Rapid Animation Animate corpses more quickly.
3 Undead Repair Repair damaged undead.
4 Mass Animate Animate more corpses with the initial casting of the spell, and allow for larger corpses to be animated.
5 Master of the Dead Animate corpses that have been damaged/destroyed of up to Colossal size, and the caster may now control up to Rank x 10 combined ranks of Undead.


Fusion Spells: These spells are available with the required Ranks from both listed Seeds.
