The caster gains the ability to use their hands at a distance. Effectively this manifests ghostly hands that can pick up, pull, or push. The effect is limited to those basic movements, with a maximum force equal to what is needed to lift 10lbs per rank. There is no tactile feedback transmitted through the spell, and skill based actions are not able to be performed. The caster loses function of their own hands as long as this spell persists.
