Effect	This spell allows the caster to send and receive words, images, and feelings to communicate with a target through telepathic means. The caster may recast the spell to create and maintain up to Rank telepathic connections unlimited by distance as long as they are on the same plane. Creating a telepathic connection with an unknowing or unwilling target requires an opposed Casting roll vs. the target's Mental Magic Resistance. On a successful save, the unwilling target is immune to further attempts for 1 hour.
