The caster's sight becomes telescopic, enabling them to see details at long range as if they were much closer. The detail visible is as if the caster was up to 1 mile per rank closer to what is being observed. This does not allow the caster to see microscopic details, and details are limited to what the caster could see with the object(s) at arms length. This is a Vision Spell, and is subject to applicable rules.
