Ascendant Blade is the culmination of the Way of Phoenix's weapon training. The Adept may move before and after an attack with the Soul Blade, casting an Evocation, or using Flicker Step. The total distance moved must not exceed their maximum Speed. If a melee attack with the Soul Blade incapacitates or kills the target, you may make a second attack on a target in range with full dice.
